Welcome to Forked, a mobile application operated by Invictus Reserve, a Delaware-based entity ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Forked, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Forked is available to everyone. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must use the app under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, especially due to the presence of in-app purchases.

To use Forked, you are required to provide a valid email address and name. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Forked offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions, processed securely through the Apple App Store.

Available Plans:

• 3 Recipe Pack: One-time purchase for $1.99
• Weekly Premium: $5.99/week, auto-renewable subscription
• Monthly Premium: $19.99/month, auto-renewable subscription

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the Apple App Store after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
